Each piece is either framed in a beautiful walnut 5 x 7 frame or carefully packaged ready for your own frame, depending on your selection.
Please note, the maximum embroidery area is 4 x 4 inches and so you will need to ensure your letter will not exceed these dimensions. If you are unsure if your piece will fit, please reach out to me and I will be happy to check before you place your order.

Due to the handcrafted nature of my products, please allow up to 1-2 weeks for production.
As each piece is tailor made to you, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if any issues do arise with your piece, please reach out to me and I will be happy to correct this.
